Custom Metadata at Order creation

We previously added the ability to set custom Metadata when updating an Order. You're also now able to do so when creating one.

As a reminder, this is useful for storing additional, structured information about your Orders. For example, any extra information about the passengers that are unique for your use-cases or storing the Payment Intent ID that you used to collect payment(s).
