Custom Metadata for Orders

We've added a metadata field to our Orders (API reference), which allows you to store an object of custom key-value pairs. You should not store sensitive information in this field.

This is useful for storing additional, structured information about your Orders. For example, any extra information about the passengers that are unique for your use-cases or storing the Payment Intent ID that you used to collect payment(s).
