You can now request rates with special deals for mobile users

When your customers are using mobile devices to search for and book Stays they may be eligible for special deals. Accommodation use these special deals as a tactic to capture additional bookings from customers and may include discounts on the rate price.

We have added an optional parameter mobile to the Search Request to access these rates. When you know a search is coming from a mobile device, you can supply this as true to signal that this search is eligible for different rates or content.

You can determine if a rate includes a special deal for booking via mobile where mobile is returned in the list of deal_types on a rate.

In order to gain access to mobile rates, you must be approved. Please contact help@duffel.com if you are interested in offering these rates to your customers.
