You can now make all requests related to your orders through the Dashboard

All order-related requests should now be made through the Dashboard to ensure prompt resolution.

All request options are accessed through the 'Manage this order' button on the Order page.

In some cases where the Dashboard cannot service a request automatically, a support ticket will be raised for our Travel Ops team. You may add any additional details to the ticket before submitting your request.

You can view the status and details of the support ticket within your Order Activity.
