We've added support for identity documents in the API 🛂

We've added support for identity documents in the API - but only for an airline we're about to launch, Cathay Pacific 🇭🇰

In every offer we return, we'll include a passenger_identity_documents_required boolean and a list of strings in the allowed_passenger_identity_document_types.

You can use these to know if identity documents are supported for an offer, and if they're required to successfully create an order.
