We now return new HTTP status codes for retry-able errors

We have made some improvements when handling airline originated errors. These improvements group HTTP 5xx errors into two categories: retryable and not retryable.

Here are our updated error codes and their meaning:

While a HTTP 502 or 503 status code could potentially be returned by Duffel's infrastructure, Duffel’s API will always return a code, message and type as part of any API error.
