We now display the cheapest rate on Search Result

Cheapest rate information is used to help traveller to compare between accommodation search results. We have added cheapest_rate_total_amount and cheapest_rate_currency to the Search Result to reflect this. The same properties cheapest_rate_total_amount and cheapest_rate_total_amount are now deprecated on Accommodation since this information will not be available on other endpoint responses.
