You can now view order activity on the Duffel dashboard

You can now see what has happened to an order in its lifetime on the Duffel dashboard. Viewable on the order page, the order activity includes a list of previous events for an order and the date/time that they occurred. The following events are supported:

• Order creation

• Order cancellations

• Airline-initiated changes

• Passenger-initiated changes

• Partial refunds

This feature enables your travel agents to quickly build context for an order, helping to make informed decisions when managing changes.
