Hold Order & Pay Later Support for United

On top of the recent announcement regarding the huge expansion of the support for Holding Orders and Paying Later to cover over 200 airlines there is another addition to this pool - United Airlines.

Holding an order allows you to hold space on a flight and pay for it at a later time. For example, perhaps your customer is booking a flight for a business trip and wants to hold their seat while they wait for their manager to approve the trip.
