We now return the deposit amount on Stays bookings

Some Stays rates require travellers to pay a deposit before check-in. Quotes already return this as deposit_amount and deposit_currency. Bookings now return the same deposit_amount and deposit_currency fields as Quotes. You can read the deposit straight from the booking, and treat it as the primary deposit reference.

deposit_amount is the part of the booking's total_amount payable before check-in, returned as a decimal string.
