We now return rate name via the Stays API

We now return a rate’s name field on the Rate object in the Stays API. This contains the supplier-provided label for the rate, for example Best Available Rate.

The name value is returned exactly as provided by the supplier and is not normalised across sources. This complements the existing description field, which can provide additional information about what a rate includes.

The name field is nullable and will be null when the hotel or supplier does not expose a rate name, which is common for many standard rates.
