Stays Search Results and Rates now include expiry information

To support developers working with Search Results and Rates, we now return an expires_at field to make it deterministic when you want to reuse a Search Result or Rate, or when to conduct a new search instead.

After the expires_at has passed, Search Result or Rate will no longer be available, and you will need to conduct a new search.
