We now return required payment method on Stays rates

We have added the field payment_method to the Rate schema.

This field documents the method required to pay for this rate at time of booking. It can either be a balance rate which is paid for using your Duffel Balance, or a card rate, which will be paid for using card details supplied at time of booking.

You will see both payment methods when in test mode, but only balance rates are available and bookable in live mode.
